This has been circulating since the Forza Horizon 2 trailer for June Duracell Car Pack was released. Looks like somebody copy-pasted the wrong info!

I would really be floored if that is true. EA just recently announced a new NFS, and they have the license to Porsche. I doubt EA would be willing to sell part of their license (at least at a fair price) just when they are gearing up to release their own racing game. Even more so to what’s probably the closet competitor on the market for NFS. Fiveza, maybe they would sell it; games are distinctive enough there won’t be people cross shopping them. FH2 is too arcadey for them to risk people cross shopping. Not to mention people skipping NFS because they like FH2 slightly better, but now they both have Porsche, so they save their $60.
Unless the license was gotten with dat sweet sweet MS cash, I just don’t think it would happen. No way T10 could afford it.

Hmm... I don’t see this being legit unless Microsoft have bought into the EA-Porsche licence deal permanently, otherwise wouldn’t they save the money for Forza 6.
